Founder Office (Working With Founder) Fresher Job

As the first person in the Founder's Office, you will help the founder's achieve more by owning and taking on initiatives around building culture, optimizing operations, handling customers, developing strategy, and managing communications.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, willing to experiment, and excited to communicate with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational efficiency within the team.
2. Communicate with clients, including onboarding, support and everything.
3. Design and document organizational processes to create a lean, efficient structure that aligns with achieving product-market fit (PMF) through objectives and key results (OKRs).
4. Conduct research, including stakeholder interviews, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and performing analysis on projects involving marketing, product development, and other key initiatives.
5. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
