We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 'FMCG Sales Executive' to join our dynamic sales team. As an FMCG Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finding new potential clients and close deal with keeping your sales targets in place.
2. Visit existing and potential customers to promote products, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
3. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
6. Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and negotiate deals to drive sales growth.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales performance.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,70,000 /year
