As an Account Executive, you will be part of internal audit of the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, planning and executing audits, communicating results, and providing recommendations to senior management. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure they are in line with established policies and procedures
2. Document findings and prepare audit reports with recommendations for improvement in the internal tool
3. Verify the trends of wastage and consumption
4. Review of Inventory accounting in ERP
5. Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs, including recipe costing and menu pricing, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
6. Assist the management in the preparation of inventory-related MIS
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
1. B.Com., BBM, BBA (Prior experience in audit will be given preference)
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
5. Good knowledge of Tally, MS Office package, especially Excel (Excel Macros will be an added advantage)
6. Excellent data entry skills & strong analytical skills
7. Experience working in a startup/audit firm is an added advantage
