1. Master’s degree in HR & Finance, or a related field
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of Finance & HR experience is a plus
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and HR Processes
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting & HRMS Software
5. Good Knowledge of payroll preparation and screening of CVs of candidates
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
