About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Send out the invitations: You will be responsible for creating the guest list, preparing the invitations and invite relecant delagtes
2. Keep track of the responses as they come in. You may use a spreadsheet to track the responses
3. Upkeep & regular rsvp database status updates
4. Do every RSVP related coordination with guests
5. Report each correspondence to management
6. Call the rsvp database as necessary
7. Report on time

Note: Upon completion of the internship, the company will offer permanent positions to capable candidates.
