Event Management Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring seamless operations.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, including Design and Production, to ensure smooth execution.
3. Handle vendor and artist bookings, negotiate contracts, and manage logistics.
4. Oversee event timelines, budgets, and on-ground execution to deliver successful events.
5. Ensure all elements venue, decor, AV, artist management, and client requirements are well-integrated.
6. Troubleshoot and provide real-time solutions during events to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Actively involved in the on-ground execution.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, innovative event solutions, and best practices.
