An Equity Dealer is responsible for executing trades on behalf of clients in the equity markets. They must possess strong knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Interact with retail and HNI clients
2. Punch orders and execute online trades on behalf of the clients
3. Monitor day-to-day operations, clients' margins and risk
4. Communicate intra-day trading calls and investment ideas to the clients and also confirm trade to the client after the market closing bell
5. Maintain relationships and encourage clients to trade regularly, keeping track of client's investment
Skills required:
1. Good understanding of the stock market
2. Must have proficiency and accuracy in placing orders in NSE, BSE, and F&O segments
3. Should be able to think and act quickly
4. Should have good communication skills, customer servicing skills and be good at persuading others to change their minds or behavior
5. Must be highly determined to deliver targets on time.
Must be NISM Series 8 - Equity Derivatives qualified.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
