We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of Breathe, our lingerie venture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing the e-commerce platform, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality, inventory accuracy, and up-to-date product listings.
2. Optimize product pages for SEO, ensuring high search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to the site.
3. Implement and manage online marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales, and customer behavior data to inform strategy and improve performance.
4. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure the website reflects current campaigns and promotions.
5. Manage customer feedback and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues related to online orders.
6. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
7. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to report on KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience in driving growth through digital marketing strategies and e-commerce optimization.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Experience with lingerie or fashion products is a plus.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
