1. Learning basic work processes & key traits for becoming good customer support agent within two weeks.
2. Achieving consistent chat & call quality above 95 % in audits from week 4 onwards.
3. Achieving consistent CSAT above 95 % from week 5 onwards.
4. Teamwork: Reaching out to peers and cooperating with supervisor.
