Key responsibilities:

1. Provide customer support over email and phone. The mode of communication with customers will be English.
2. This is a 6-day-a-week job (with rotational off)
3. From time to time, you should be comfortable working in night shift as well. The company transportation will be provided (both during the day shift and the night shift)

The selection process would consist of an online application on Internshala followed by on-site (in-office) assessment(s) and interview.

4. Should have good communication (English) skills

5. Should be comfortable with 6-days a week job with occasional night shifts.

6. Must have knowledge of Hindi.

7. Basic understanding of Banking/Insurance.
