Customer Success Manager (0-1) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on owning up the B2B accounts and making sure the client is having weekly/monthly access to the reporting to understand the impact
2. Working on providing overall support to the clients by ensuring that all queries & concerns however they come in (phone, e-mail) are addressed quickly & efficiently
3. Designing and executing programs (online or offline) to increase engagement among YourDOST B2B clientele
4. Arranging for all logistical things required for the smooth functioning of various B2B accounts

Who can apply:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
2. Experience in organizing events
3. Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
4. Ability to be able to speak other languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi is a plus
