Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls
2. Record significant information from calls
3. Address problems and requests, providing solutions or information
4. Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs
5. Identify and resolve issues for drivers and brokers
6. Maintain knowledge of company policies and FAQs
7. Maintain good customer relations

Requirement:

1. Fresher or experienced in a relevant position
2. Proficient in English (oral and written) - Mandatory
3. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Active listener with excellent communication skills
5. BPO experience would be an added advantage

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
