Key responsibilities:

1. Provide real-time assistance to customers through our chat platform
2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally
3. Utilise product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions
4. Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
