Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over phone calls to remind them of upcoming repayments and assist with any payment-related queries.
Collections: Execute collection strategies to recover outstanding payments while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payment statuses, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment statuses, and any action taken in the CRM system.
