As a relationship manager at Ceyone Marketing Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional communication skills. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is proficient in English and has a proven track record in sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
4. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
6. Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
7. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management for decision-making
8. Work on meet monthly sales targets
9. Handle direct sales, generating referral leads and also generating leads from channel partner
10. Maintain day-to-day reports
11. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
12. Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
