We are seeking a proactive 'Corporate Sales Associate' to expand our client base by understanding their needs and offering tailored services. This role includes fieldwork, such as visiting companies and colleges to engage them for online and offline IT classes, as well as driving client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Communicate with clients (both in person and via Zoom) to understand their requirements in web design, app development, and academic support services.
2. Field Work: Visit companies, educational institutions, and other organizations to promote our services.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business opportunities and close deals.
4. Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery according to client needs.
5. Customer Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving repeat business.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in sales, with some experience in fieldwork and client meetings.
2. Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual meetings (Zoom).
3. Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
4. Familiarity with IT services, academic support (MS thesis, assignments), and experience engaging companies and colleges.
5. Preferred Qualifications:
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
7. Experience with field sales, client visits, and business development in educational sectors.
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
