1. Work on brand understanding & communication: develop a profound grasp of our brand, creating content that aligns with our ethos, values, and goals, ensuring consistent messaging across channels
2. Work on content creation & calendar management: craft aesthetic social media posts, website banners, infographics, and other visual narratives; oversee the content calendar, marking significant events and campaigns
3. Work on digital marketing & analytics: oversee the planning and execution of paid strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google; regularly analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to inform and refine our strategies
4. Work on SEO management: spearhead our SEO efforts from research and technical implementation to reporting, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of search results
5. Work on e-commerce content management: oversee product listing, monitor content on e-commerce platforms, and work with cross-functional teams to update and maintain this content
6. Work on social media strategy & engagement: design and implement strategies that boost our brand's visibility and engagement across social platforms while also directly communicating with our audience, addressing queries, and monitoring feedback
7. Work on design oversight: ensure the visual coherence of our social media accounts, from profile images to layout designs, keeping them in sync with the latest design trends and technologies
8. Work on strategic alliances: foster and manage partnerships for corporate gifting, expanding our brand's reach and deepening engagements
9. Work on reporting & analysis: provide comprehensive reports on key metrics, content performance, and campaign results to the founder on a regular basis, drawing insights that will inform future strategies
Candidates with prior knowledge and experience of the mentioned responsibilities and having the required skill sets
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
