1. Building, managing & maintaining client relationships at mid-levels and throughout the customer organization
2. Coordinating with internal teams and understanding the brief given by the client
3. Understanding the timelines and aligning work between the internal teams
4. Identifying the severity/priority based on the issue explained by the clients
5. Doing regular communication with clients to maintain a healthy client-agency relationship
6. Doing documentation of communication with clients regularly over email
