We are seeking a client relationship manager to handle and manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. This position is open to freshers only. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
1. Account management: Handle and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
2. Issue resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
3. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels.
4. Relationship building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
5. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on client status and account health.
Additional details:
1. Work schedule: Work from office, 5 days a week.
2. Travel requirement: Mandatory to visit client locations across Pan India whenever required.
Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
