Client Relations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing strategies to expand our division and enhance client relations
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations and materials that support client outreach
4. Write and craft creative content (such as email campaigns) to promote our titles and engage our clients
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our strategies align with market demands

Skills & Qualifications:

1. 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (media industry preferred)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relations
3. Strong creative content writing skills, particularly for presentations and email campaigns
4. Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to long-term business development
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
8. Excellent presentation skills in Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
9. Proficiency with G-suite
