Catalogue Executive Fresher Job

We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated e-commerce executive to join our team. As an e-commerce executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive product data across various platforms. Your role is essential to ensuring that our product information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and update product information on multiple platforms, including Aphix and Intact. This includes updating prices, specifications, barcodes, and other associated details
2. Ensure proper listing and delisting of products on the respective platforms
3. Coordinate and execute product changes and updates as necessary, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
4. Manage product visibility, making products visible or invisible as required by the business
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date bin locations for efficient product management and tracking
6. Oversee and manage promotional activities, including establishing and concluding promotions
7. Prepare and manage bulk offer sheets for new months, ensuring accuracy and adherence to promotional guidelines
8. Handle promotional rebates and representative deals, tracking and processing them accurately
9. Clean up and manage new product categories on Aphix, ensuring proper categorization and organisation
10. Confirm and execute promotional activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
11. Upload and replace marketing banners on the website, following brand guidelines and promotional requirements
12. Maintain the integrity of data by regularly auditing product information and resolving any inaccuracies or inconsistencies
13. Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure product information aligns with company objectives and market trends
