We are looking for a meticulous and organized Catalog Management Associate to handle product listing and uploading tasks on various e-commerce platforms. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely product uploads that adhere to platform guidelines and optimize customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upload product details, images, and specifications onto e-commerce platforms.
2. Create and maintain accurate product listings with attention to detail.
3. Edit and optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for better discoverability and SEO.
4. Ensure that all listings comply with platform-specific guidelines and requirements.
5. Conduct quality checks on uploaded listings to eliminate errors or discrepancies.
6. Organize and manage bulk product uploads using spreadsheets or tools.
7. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, inventory, and design) to gather required product information.
8. Regularly update and maintain the product catalog for accuracy and relevance.
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (experience in e-commerce is a plus).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling tools.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.
5. Basic knowledge of SEO and its application to product listings is an advantage.
6. Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
