Career Counselor - IT (Target Based) Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the admission process.
2. Achieve admission targets set for each program by converting leads into enrolled learners.
3. Provide detailed information about our Job Assistance Programs, including course structure, fees, and benefits.
4. Follow up with leads, answer queries, and provide personalized recommendations based on the learner's interests and career goals.
5. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and improve the admissions process.
7. Work closely with learners to ensure enrolment success by helping them choose the right course based on their needs.
