Key responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional support to customers and teams in the calibration department, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively
2. Collaborate with the calibration field team for activities completed and updation of records
3. Maintain and update the calibration database, ensuring all equipment records are accurate and up-to-date
4. Work on data entry of all related records and maintenance of the same
