About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruit and onboard fresh Business Development Executives for our Noida office.
2. Work for a US staffing company with operating hours from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday to Friday.
3. Engage with US clients and vendors to understand and gather their staffing requirements.
4. Foster strong relationships with existing leads while actively generating new business opportunities.
5. Ensure clients receive top candidates and facilitate the placement process effectively.
