About the job

Key responsibilities:

a. Lead Management:
1. Call all leads promptly and consistently to schedule site visits (15 visits per week) 2. Ensure a high conversion rate from leads to site visits.

b. Client Requirement Analysis:
1. Understand the specific requirements of clients through effective questioning and active listening.
2. Pitch appropriate properties that align with the client's needs and preferences.

c. Site Visits Assistance:
1. Accompany potential clients' on-site visits occasionally to provide insights and answer queries.

d. Weekly Site Visit Lineup:
1. Create and maintain a weekly schedule of site visits to showcase properties to potential clients.

e. Follow-up and Client Queries:
1. Diligently follow up with leads and clients to address queries and provide additional information as needed.

f. Data Management:
1. Record details of daily calls, interactions, and next steps in an Excel sheet for proper tracking and follow-up.

g. Onboarding Support:
1. Assist in onboarding new property partners and ensure they are integrated smoothly into our sales processes.

h. Communication and Coordination:
1. Facilitate smooth communication and information flow between clients and the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the real estate industry is good to have

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and goals.

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
