Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Project sales targets
2. Schedule the lead process from start to finish
3. Schedule and conduct product demos
4. Pitch, counsel, and close leads
5. Train and develop inbound counselors
6. Create teams - Building remote teams across states
7. Establish offices/touchpoints in multiple cities

Requirements:

9. 0-2 Years of experience in sales/marketing/business development. Freshers with a fire to grow can be accepted
10. A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships with members and helps drive the adoption of our products and services
11. Hands on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns
12. Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth
13. Someone who has a knack of hiring people
14. Has the power to present to an audience
15. Wants to grow at 100x with us
