Key responsibilities:

1. User Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration and setup process, ensuring they understand the platform's features and benefits.
2. User Training: Provide initial training to users, including musicians, music enthusiasts, and studios, to help them make the most of Choira's features.
3. User Support: Act as the first point of contact for users, addressing their queries, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback and insights to help improve our platform continually.
5. User Engagement: Create and implement strategies to increase user engagement and activity on the Choira platform.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to improve user experience, provide market insights, and optimize onboarding processes.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year
