About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on lead generation, prospect potential new clients, and build CXO relationships
2. Work on hot/cold call as appropriate within the target market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
3. Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization
4. Research and build relationships with new clients
5. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/principals
6. Plan approaches and pitches
7. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
8. Retain existing clients and enable upselling and cross-selling of our services
9. Ensure customer success through regular feedback and touch-points

Other requirements

1. MBA preferred

2. Sound knowledge of sales and marketing

4. The ability to build good working relationships at all levels

5. Desire to drive new sales from cold calls to close

6. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

9. Knowledge of IT domain (cloud, mobile apps, web and portals, analytics)

10. Knowledge of pre-sales
