Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting initial screening interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, and other channels.
4. Building and maintaining a strong network of passive candidates for future opportunities.
5. Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Assisting with scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
7. Contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team through active participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
