Key responsibilities:

1. Develop visually appealing graphics for various digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals for promotional materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.
3. Design engaging and user-friendly website elements, including banners, icons, and other graphical assets.
4. Conceptualize and create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.
5. Work closely with the product development team to design packaging and product labels.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh and innovative design elements into projects.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

4. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.

7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).

Tools and Software Skills:

1. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

2. CorelDRAW or other vector-based graphic design software

3. Microsoft Office Suite

4. Sketch or Figma for web and UI/UX design

5. Knowledge of 3D modeling software (optional)

6. Any other relevant design tools or software based on specific project requirements.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
