About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel and coach students throughout their entire study abroad journey, from profile evaluation to arrival at their destination
2. Liaise with various stakeholders within the company, such as the application and visa teams
3. Work with internal CRM tools, consultant portals, and Google Sheets to ensure smooth processes
4. Resolve issues related to university finalizations, application filing, etc., for students and team members
5. Achieve and maintain student sales targets
6. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager
