About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices based on orders
2. Serve as backup for accounts payable
3. Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing
5. Record regular bank transactions
6. Work under the director's supervision
7. Assist with audits
8. Generate financial status reports
9. Prepare and maintain ledgers
10. Issue credit and debit notes according to management policy
11. Audit and manage petty cash monthly
12. Prepare RTGS and NEFT payments; visit banks as needed
