1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management and customer service.
2. Create and analyze reports using MS-Excel to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Support the manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
4. Assist in training and supervising retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.
5. Use MS-PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations for team meetings and product launches.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and execute merchandising strategies.
7. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
8. handle all customer issues.
