Join our dynamic team as a sales manager, where your primary responsibility will be to expand our e-commerce marketplace by onboarding new restaurants and stores, as well as nurturing and maintaining relationships with our existing partners.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new restaurant and store partners to our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to our marketplace
2. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing merchant partners, serving as their primary point of contact for any queries or issues they may face
3. Negotiate contract terms with new and existing partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term relationships
4. Work closely with our partners to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions that maximize their success on our platform
5. Implement strategies to increase partner satisfaction and retention, using feedback to continuously improve our services and platform
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pondicherry, Pondichéry and neighboring cities
1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information and persuade stakeholders at all levels
2. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and resolving conflicts to the satisfaction of all parties
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly understanding partner needs and developing effective solutions
4. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
5. Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar role involving partner or client management is highly advantageous
