About the job

The 'Aftersales Executive' will be responsible for managing all aspects of after-sales support and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns regarding products/services.
2. Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
3. Handle customer complaints and escalations, investigating the root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Provide product/service information, demonstrations, and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
6. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes based on customer feedback.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of after-sales support strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, or a related field.

-Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales support role, preferably in [Toy industry].

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced -environment.

-Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools/systems for managing customer interactions and data.

-A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
