Job Description for EA
Looking for an Executive Assistant for my Therapeutic practice.
Pls note- I am looking for female candidates only. Also, the candidate should be open to working in a dynamic environment.
I am a Psychologist with over 14 years of professional experience. My EA will report directly to me and have direct daily interaction with me.
Pls note- this will be a remote job and working hours are Monday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, Sunday is a holiday!
Her job duties will include-
- She will be responsible for attending daily calls and
- Managing my calendar on iCal, Google, Practo,
- Booking flights and hotels
- Converting potential leads into clients
- Maintaining accounts and expenses
- Creating & Maintaining a client database
- Liaisoning with clients
- Coordinating with my social media manger
- Proofreading
- Maintaining client intake form
- Ensuring that legal disclaimer is signed and filed
- Setting up client meetings
