Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients to sell digital ad solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored ad solutions.
3. Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and product offerings to potential clients.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (data, delivery, and client servicing) to ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Report on sales performance and client feedback to management.
Note:
1. No. of working days: 5 days a week.
Skills & qualifications:
1. Freshers welcome; 0-1 or 2 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
3. A passion for digital advertising and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
4. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports.
6. Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 /year
