Accountant Fresher Job

a. Commercial Control
1. Ensuring the process efficiency
2. Monitoring agreements & Commercial terms
3. Assessment of customers credit worthiness of new customers
4. Checking the billing register & Bank transfer sheets sent by the HR team, raising the bills to customers
5. Customer account Reconciliation & Credit Control

b. Cash flow:
1. Cash flow management
2. Maintain details of cash inflow & outflow (revenue V/s Expenditure ratio)

c. Banking & Finance Statutory (Payment & Return):

1. Managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) payments and returns.
2. Handling Income Tax payments and filing returns.
3. Administering Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
4. Managing Professional Tax payments.
5. Handling Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) payments.
6. Administering Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (M.L.W.F) payments.

d. Audit:
1. Responsible for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, etc.
