Key responsibilities:

1. Record and maintain all purchases and sales transactions.
2. Manage inventory records and ensure stock levels are maintained.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
4. Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
5. Reconcile bank statements and handle account discrepancies.
6. Support in preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
