Finance Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on the management of an outsourced accounting team
2. Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines and managing budgets
3. Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
4. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
5. Managing and coordinating internal audits, statutory audits, cost audits and tax audits
6. Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
7. Processing setups and onboarding of softwares
8. Ensuring all statutory compliances on time e.g., GST, TDS, PF, etc.
9. Ensuring proper documentation and banking in coordination with assigned team
10. Preparing monthly and quarterly MIS preparation
11. Coordinating submission of various details/information for internal and external audits and assessments
12. Providing support to the next level and coordination with other inter- departments
13. Operationally reporting to the department head, & coordinating with various departments

Note: We're looking for a fresher CA with extensive articleship experience in financial reporting, audits of midsize and large companies, and proficiency in direct and indirect taxation.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience as a CA
2. Proven work experience as an accounting manager or finance manager
3. Advanced computer skills in MS office, accounting software, and databases
4. High attention to detail and accuracy
