We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in Management Information Systems (MIS), budgeting, and forecasting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commerce, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, analyze, and maintain management reports, dashboards, and financial statements.
2. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
3. Assist in financial planning and decision-making by providing detailed insights and recommendations based on MIS reports.
4. Track financial performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
6. Analyze financial trends and provide timely reports to management for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation in Commerce (Bachelor's degree).
2. Preferably, MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
3. Exposure to budgeting and forecasting within a large organization or a similar industry.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. 1-6 years of experience in MIS, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
2. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
3. Experience with Zoho books, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
4. Ability to interpret financial data and present insights to senior management.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
