Finance Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the valuation of corporates for the purpose of merger/acquisition, amalgamation, preferential issues, etc.
2. Work on advising clients on the optimal capital structure, company cash flow growth prospects, industry-specific issues & nature of assets
3. Work on the preparation of projections, financial statements analysis, etc.
4. Work on the loan syndication process compliance and coordination with the bank.
5. Provide opinion for purposes as diverse as financial reporting, strategic decision-making, restructuring, and dispute resolutions
6. Work on the preparation of information memorandum and project reports

Requirements:

1. Finance field candidates would be preferred
