Field Supervisor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Set up and supervise promotional and marketing activities basis the operations procedure of the activity
2. Plan, train and monitor the performance as well as evaluate the activity continuously by being on the field
3. Put vendors and partners on-board
4. Report to the line manager

Skills & Requirements:

1. Open to odd working hours and on weekends depending on activities and projects present
2. Passionate about meeting and influencing people and providing a brand experience
3. Smart and have observation, analysis, negotiation, and managerial skills
4. Must have a positive attitude to explore new challenges
5. Must be presentable and communicate freely and proficiently in Hindi, & local languages
6. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
7. Comfortable being on the field/outdoors and traveling within and out of the base location, for a time
8. Having a two-wheeler or a two-wheeler driving license is preferable
9. Education level should be graduate or equivalent
10. Minimum 1 - 2 years (on-ground activation in agency/events/BTL/on-field supervising role) for an operations executive
11. Minimum 2-3 years (on-ground activation in agency/events/BTL/on-field supervising role) for a senior operations executive
12. Minimum 1-2 years (on-ground activation in agency/events/BTL/on-field supervising role) for assistant manager operations
13. Should have his own two-wheeler with a valid license
14. Candidate should be able to handle junior promoter
15. Candidate should be aware of the locality
16. Candidate should be aware of the local language
