We are seeking a motivated and results-driven furniture field sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and interior design, along with a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving sales in the field.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the furniture market.
2. Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients, including residential and commercial customers.
3. Present and demonstrate our furniture products, highlighting their features and benefits.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
