Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
2. Lead a team of sales representatives to ensure they are motivated and equipped to meet their sales objectives
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
5. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
7. Travel to various locations to meet with clients and prospects, and represent the company at industry events
Note:
1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25,000 CTC to Rs. 33,000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth
4. Only male candidates can apply
5. Qualification: Graduate and above
6. There will be both field & office work
7. Age: 22 years to 40 years
