As a field sales manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in both sales and marketing while leading a team of dynamic sales professionals. Your role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
3. Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies
6. Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and products
Note:
1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25000 CTC to Rs. 33000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth
