About the job

The 'Field Sales Executive' will be responsible for driving revenue growth by reaching out to schools, colleges, and corporate clients to secure partnerships for treks and adventure activities. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for outdoor activities, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential clients, including schools, colleges, and corporate organizations, to promote TARC's adventure programs.
2. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of outdoor learning and adventure experiences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate HR teams to drive long-term partnerships.
4. Develop customized adventure packages based on client needs and expectations.
5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of programs booked by clients.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and follow-ups.
7. Attend industry events, education fairs, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand TARC's reach.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM tools.
9. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to help refine sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, tourism, or a related field.

2. Experience in institutional or corporate sales will be an advantage.
