Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation and Conversion
Identify potential customers through online platforms, social media, and offline networks.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

2.Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and provide them with tailored solutions.

3.Property Tours and Presentations
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
Provide accurate information about rental terms, amenities, and services.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Regularly report sales performance to the team leader or manager.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the operations and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants.
Assist in resolving tenant concerns related to their stay.
