About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Originating NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
2. Acquiring customers and taking their proposal up to the stage of disbursement
3. Catering to the business having a turnover of rupees 50 lac to 1 crore in emerging business, rupees 1 crore to 3 crores in mid-corporate and rupees 5 crores & above in large corporate with a term loan, home loan, LAP & PL as per the clients need
4. Managing customer relationships and addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers
5. Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 11,000 - 16,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 0.5%

3. Other incentives: 19.5%
